Sanchez, Norris To Return To Tigers Starting Rotation

After the Detroit Tigers 4-2 victory over the Seattle Mariners on Tuesday night, Tigers manager Brad Ausmus told the media that Anibal Sanchez and Daniel Norris would rejoin the starting rotation this week.

Sanchez was demoted to the bullpen earlier this season after struggling mightily.  Norris has battled injuries and a cancer diagnosis since joining the club in the David Price trade with Toronto last season.  He's been with Triple-A Toledo most of this year.

The Tigers sent starter Matt Boyd and reliever Blaine Hardy down to Toledo in recent days.  They play the Seattle Mariners on Wednesday night at Comerica Park.
