Royals salvage a win off the Tigers, 5-2

The Kansas City Royals get one win in the series against the Detroit Tigers, 5-2The Royals got on the board first after a line drive RBI Single off the bat of Billy Butler in the 1st. In the 2nd,  Alcedies Escobar hit a line drive RBI double to score Omar Infante. The Tigers got on the board in the 4th when Ian Kinsler hit a single run homer. One more run was added after a fielding error by Mike Moustakas gave J.D. Martinez time to score a run. KC brought the fight back after a Nori Aoki Triple score 2 runs. But they wern't done yet, in the 7th, a line drive RBI double off the bat of Alex Gordon scored Terrance Gore. Tigers play against the Chicago White Sox tomorrow night, pregame coverage starts at 6:40 PM on Lansing's Big Talker, 1240 AM, WJIM.
