What a difference a year makes, last year at this time we were going through a pandemic and times were tough.  Now we can put that behind us and get ready for a fun holiday season and enjoy all the fun the Lansing area has to offer over the holidays.

Still so much do like checking out all the Christmas lights in the area, ice skating, Christmas caroling, and this weekend get ready for the Winter Glow in East Lansing.

It will be a blast and it's free. This outdoor winter festival happens this Saturday, December 4th in downtown East Lansing with a lot of seasonal ways to pass the time and get in the holiday spirit.  You can check it from 2 pm until 5 pm cityofeastansing.com.

And guess what, parking will also be free from 2-6 p.m. on Saturday in downtown East Lansing's at Charles Street Garage and Division Street Garage. View parking locations here.

This year’s Winter Glow will include live music featuring The Dangling Participles, a winter farmers market, a live ice carving demonstration and children's activities hosted by the East Lansing Public Library and East Lansing Art Festival. There will also be a photo booth available until 4:30 p.m.

There will also be a "Farmers Market" with many vendors. MI Drinks, Jenny's Sweets & Treats, Twisted Craft Cocktails, Droscha Sugarbush, Where the Wild Things Bloom, Grand Traverse Sauce Company, Sapo de Solis, River Tree Coffee Company, Sweet Potato Delights, and The Nut Brothers. Wow, Fun
