The Detroit Tigers started their yearly Winter Caravan trip around Michigan with a stop in Lansing on Thursday at the Michigan State Police Headquarters.

Among the current Tigers in attendance were Nick Castellanos, Jordan Zimmermann, and Alex Wilson. They were joined by current coaches Omar Vizquel , Rich Dubee and Special Assistant to the General Manager Alan Trammell among others.

The Tigers made the first leg of their Caravan trip stop in Lansing to commemorate the 100th year of service for the Michigan State Police, gifting the headquarters a special "#100" jersey as part of the event.

The crowd in attendance was treated to a question and answer session led by Tigers radio voice Dan Dickerson.
