Head coach Jeremy Miller has lost some big time talent from the last two Division 7 state title teams.  But participation is vibrant at P-W, with almost 80 kids in the football program. They will have a full freshmen team this season, that's impressive considering P-W is a Class C school.

Fifteen starters return to defend their CMAC and state title.  And they open the season with one of the games of the night in the state....against fellow state power Ithaca at Alma College.

The CMAC looks strong again this season.  But until somebody beats the Pirates in league play, they are the favorites to win it again.
