Okemos Uses Late Run To Knock Off Holt

The Okemos Chiefs went on a  7-0 run to close the game and give them a big 44-39 win at Holt on Friday night in CAAC Blue play.

Holt led 11-3 after one quarter of play, but the Chiefs rallied to pull within two at 20-18 at halftime.  The second half was close all the way and Holt led 39-37 late in the game.  But Okemos got big plays from Jordan Henry, Evan Thomas, Noah Pruitt, and Mason Kaczmarek to lead the Chiefs to the victory.

With the win, Okemos moves to 2-1 in CAAC Blue play, 4-2 overall.  Holt drops to 2-1 in Blue play, 4-2 overall.
