Qui Ngyuen defeated Gordon Vayo after around seven hours of heads-up play to win the World Series of Poker's Main Event title early Wednesday morning in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nguyen wins the $8 million prize and the diamond silver bracelet signifying the world champion of poker.  He beat out nearly 7,000 players to win poker's ultimate prize.
