Macgarett Kings Jr. was arrested early Saturday after he drunkenly kicked a parking enforcement vehicle in downtown East Lansing, according to police.

Kings, a 21-year-old from Fort Lauderdale heading into his senior year, has been charged with drunk and disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. MLive.com reports he kicked a City of East Lansing Parking and Code Enforcement truck as it passed him by, and when police approached him he resisted arrest.

The incident could cost Kings his final year of football at MSU.

Last April, Kings was arrested for driving drunk in Ingham County. He was found to have a blood-alcohol level of .22, well above the .08 legal limit.

Kings was sentenced to 13 months probation in July. He was suspended by MSU for all of the 2014 spring football program, which led to his being buried in the depth chart and struggling for playing time during the season.
