Michigan State picked up verbal commitments number 10 and 11 from the Sunshine state on Monday. Two defensive ends from the State of Florida announced their commitment via twitter to the Green and White.

Donovan Winter (Orlando Bishop Moore Catholic) and LaShawn Paulino-Bell (St. Thomas Aquinas) announced within hours of each other that they would be heading to East Lansing for their college football careers. It would appear to be coincidence that they announced so close together.

Winter is a two-star recruit according to Scout.com, and unranked in other major databases. He comes in at 6-4, 238 pounds and had offers from schools including Michigan, Notre Dame and Tennessee.

Paulino-Bell comes in as a consensus three star recruit from most major recruiting databases and chose Michigan State over schools like Notre Dame, Georgia and Illinois to name a few. He is listed at 6-4, 235 pounds.

With these recruits added Michigan State jump to 34th in the 2017 class recruiting rankings according to 247Sports. According to that service they are behind in-state rivals Michigan (4th) and Western Michigan (31st).
