Mad Dog Gets His Marriage License

Today's topic when speaking about marriage is the marriage license.

When making that great commitment you need a legally binding document. I have waited my entire life for this license.

Growing up, I needed  hunting, driver's, fishing licenses. Well, I can honestly say I used to love to hunt and fish and of course I need a driver's license, but this license for marriage is by far the best one yet.
