Braydon Coburn's goal 3:58 into the third period was all the offense the Tampa Bay Lightning needed as they knocked the Detroit Red Wings out of the Stanley Cup Playoffs with a 2-0 win in Game 7 of the first round.

Tampa Bay goalie Ben Bishop played his best game of the series, stopping all 31 Red Wing shots.  Anton Stralman scored an empty-netter with 1:18 left to finish the scoring.

Red Wing goalie Petr Marzek stopped 16 shots on the night.  Tampa Bay advances to Round 2 beginning on Friday night against Montreal.
