Lansing-Area Girls Basketball Top 10 Poll

I know I said last week that I would hold off on updating the girls basketball poll until after the first of the year.

But because of school still being in session just before Christmas, and many teams still playing games, I changed my mind.

There are only some slight changes from last week. But 5-1 St. Johns makes it into the poll for the first time.

And as far as undefeated teams go? They are: Portland, DeWitt, Dansville, Bath, and Ovid-Elsie.

Action doesn't resume until Friday night, and it's a light schedule this week. Therefore, there will not be a girls basketball poll next week. In fact, there are only two games this week. Pewamo-Westphalia is at Williamston on Friday and undefeated DeWitt plays at Byron Center.

Even though the action is light this week, High School Rewind will air as normal this Saturday morning from 10a-11a on The Game 730 AM WVFN. It recaps the week that was in high school girls and boys basketball.
