Jordan Henry’s 31 Points Lead Okemos Over E.L.

Jordan Henry led all scorers with 31 points and 5 rebounds as the Okemos Chiefs upset the Class A No. 7 ranked East Lansing Trojans 60-55 at East Lansing High School on Friday night.

Evan Thomas added 12 points and 9 rebounds and Noah Pruitt contributed 10 points and 4 rebounds for the Chiefs.

The Trojans were led by Noah Schon's 15 points, Justin McAbee added 9 points, 8 rebounds, and two blocked shots.  The team was without Mr. Basketball candidate Brandon Johns due to a minor knee injury.

With the win, Okemos moves into a tie for the lead in the CAAC Blue.with Grand Ledge at 6-1.  The Comets won the first meeting between these teams back in December.
