The Okemos Cheifs took down the Haslett Vikings tonight, 67-53.

The Cheifs and the Vikings exchanged the leads back and forth for 3 quarters tonight, until the last 4 minutes of the game. Okemos made a huge rush due to turnovers, free throws and buckets, and they were able to command a good lead going into the final buzzer.

As a team, Haslett shot 20-49 from the field, 4-19 in 3 pointers, and 9-15 from the free throw line. Okemos shot 25-51 from the field, 5-13 in three pointers, and 12-17 in free throws.

Alec Duncle Is the Dean Trailways player of the game for Haslettand Chaz Richardson for Okemos.
