He’s Made the U.P. Proud

When your talking college basketball you must include MSU head coach Tom Izzo. This man is regarded top shelf in his field by his peers and media. Currently, his Spartan hoop team is number one in the country, but that could change in the next few days. Coach Izzo has won one national championship during his tenure at MSU. Tom Izzo thinks this might be his best chance to win another national championship in more than a decade. Every one of the four-year players he's recruited has made it to the Final Four. Tom Izzo says "Like every other streak on record, it's one that's made to be broken. I just hope it's not this year, because it is something that I'm very proud of." This years team is very good, but do they have enough blood and guts to win it all? Regardless, MSU is in good hands with Tom Izzo.
