San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick has become one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL. Only, in his second season out of Nevada has proven he is one of the best. Yesterday, in subzero weather, he played outstanding to defeat the hometown Packers.

Kaepernick threw for 227 yards, and a touchdown, and ran for 98 yards. Kapernick has beat Green Bay four straight times. He has become one of the top clutch quarterbacks in the game. It was the seventh-coldest game at Lambeau Field since 1959, the year I was born.

San Francisco will now play Cam Newton and the Panthers of Carolina next Sunday in the divisional round of the playoffs. It was a frosty win by the 49er's in Green Bay. It just proved that Colin Kapernick in his full second year is on a mission to win a Super Bowl for the bay.
