Trevor Manuel, who played high school basketball in Lansing at Sexton and later at Everett High School, is looking for a new college.

The 6-foot-9, 200-pound forward is transferring from Oregon, Ducks head coach Dana Altman announced.

Playing time appears to have been an issue for Manuel, who was averaging just 7.1 minutes per game this season. He also logged 1.1 point and 1 rebound per game.

It's not yet known where Manuel will end up, but other schools who offered him scholarships before his commitment to Oregon include Boston College, Eastern Michigan, Florida State, Kansas State, Michigan State, North Carolina State, Northwestern, Providence, USC and Wake Forest. He also had recruiting interest from several other schools, like Indiana, Iowa, Kansas and Michigan, among others.

Manuel played his high school freshman and sophomore seasons at Sexton, then his senior year at Everett, where he led the Vikings to the Class A state semifinals.
