Field, Matchups, And Brackets Announced For The 57th Diamond Classic

The 10-team field, matchups, and brackets have been announced for the 57th annual Dean Shippey Capital Diamond Classic high school baseball tournament on Wednesday.

Here is the schedule, all games are set to be played at Cooley Law School Stadium in downtown Lansing:

Monday, May 21st

Williamston vs. Portland St. Patrick - 5:00pm

Fowlerville vs. Fowler - 7:00pm

Tuesday, May 22nd

Mason vs. Lansing Catholic - 5:00pm

DeWitt (defending champion) vs. Pewamo-Westphalia - 7:00pm

Thursday, May 24th

Grand Ledge vs. Williamston/Portland St. Patrick winner - 5:00pm

Holt vs. Fowlerville/Fowler winner - 7:00pm

Monday, June 4th

Semifinal #1 - GL/W'ston/St. Pats winner vs. Mason/Lansing Catholic winner - 5:00pm

Semifinal #2 - Holt/Fowler/F'Ville winner vs. DeWitt/P-W winners - 7:00pm

Wednesday, June 6th

Championship Game - 7:00pm
