The East Lansing Trojans avenged one of their two losses of the season with an exciting 74-67 overtime victory over Grand Ledge on Tuesday night at Grand Ledge High School.

Steve Finamore's crew was led by Brandon Johns who, despite major foul trouble throughout the game, scored 28 points and pulled down 4 rebounds.  Johns got major help from his teammates, Jack Morse scored 16 points while Malik Jones added 11.

The Comets were led by Javel Lewis who scored 19 points, pulled down 4 rebounds and blocked four shots on the night before fouling out in the OT.  Jake Houghton added 18, while Alex McCready scored 17 points, but only had one field goal in the second half and overtime.

With the win, the Trojans move to 12-2 overall, 8-2 in CAAC Blue play.  The Comets drop to 7-3 in the Blue, 11-3 overall.
