Denzel Valentine Hits Game-Winning Shot in Summer League Title Game
Denzel Valentine won his first piece of NBA hardware Monday night.
The games might not count in Summer League, but Valentine made himself be known to the NBA world in the Las Vegas Summer League title game.
Valentine hit a 3-pointer in the final second of regulation to force the game to overtime and then made a spinning jumper as the overtime buzzer sounded to win the game and the title for Chicago 84-82 over Minnesota.
Valentine started the game 0-6 from the field through three quarters, but if there is one thing that can describe Valentine, it's how he can come through in the clutch.
