Cleveland Browns Waive Johnny Manziel
Two seasons after drafting 2012 Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel, the Cleveland Browns have waived their former first-round draft choice.
Manziel has been a major disappointment in the NFL since the club took him out of Texas A & M in the 2014 Draft. He started eight games during his brief career with the Browns going 2-6 in those starts.
He has had numerous scrapes with the law and many instances of bad behavior during his brief NFL career.
