Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak announced on Thursday morning that Peyton Manning will be the team's starting quarterback for the team's AFC Divisional playoff game next week in Denver.

Manning relieved an ineffective Brock Osweiler in the second half of last week's game against San Diego.

Manning had missed a number of games in the regular season due to an ankle injury.  He is in his fourth season with the Broncos, 18th season overall.
