Boston's Chris Sale and Washington's Max Scherzer (pictured) have been named the starting pitchers for Tuesday's MLB All-Star Game set for Marlins Park in Miami.

Sale is in his first season with the Boston Red Sox after being traded from the Chicago White Sox this past offseason.  Scherzer is in his third season with the Nationals after leaving the Detroit Tigers as a free agent after the 2014 season.

Sale started for the American League in the mid-summer classic last season.  Scherzer started for the American League in 2013 when he was with Detroit.
