Anderson (pictured above), the 2017 U.S. Open finalist, rallied from two sets to love down to beat the 20-time Grand Slam champion.  The end score was 2-6, 5-7, 7-5, 6-4, and 13-11.  The match took well over four hours to play on Court 1.

Anderson will now face the winner of the match between American John Isner and Canada's Milos Raonic in the semifinals on Friday.

Three-time champion Novak Djokovic moved on to the semifinals earlier on Wednesday with a four-set win over Japan's Kei Nishikori on Centre Court.
